Charlie, Rescued & Adopted Nov 2009

This is Charlie, a 2 year old Lhasa Apso that came to me when his mom died and the family didn't want to take care of him. When he first arrived, he was dirty and matted and very hungry. He was adopted less than a week later to a loving family in Rockingham, NC.
